Hong Kong Uncle 'Ordered' To Strip Naked In The Streets

As most of the shops were still closed and with the slight drizzle, netizens estimated that the incident happened between 8 to 9 am. In the video, several men were seen confronting a man without his shirt on. A man in red shirt was seen raising his arms and yelling at the victim. He was also heard yelling "Walk over there and get back here!" The victim then walked for about 10 meters before being allowed to put on his clothes again. He promptly left the scene with his friend.
