Hazing in the SCDF

Apparently, SCDF does not ban the use of camera phones in their camps which resulted in this hazing video being circulated on the Internet!This SCDF guy got stripped naked in a toilet, had his hands tied with a rope, and tarred with shoe polish in this hazing ceremony.The polishing extended to the pubic regions of the tied-up personnel, and whilst this was in progress, cheers of encouragement
