Halloween & Dhampirs
Although a tad late, but I'll still like to wish my readers a Happy Belated Halloween with the above video. By the way, this video is not meant for Twilight lovers (if you unfortunately happened to be one). And back to the other topic in my post heading: Dhampirs! If you are a true fan of Stephanie Meyer, you would have closely followed her novels and movie adaptations of her novel, The Twilight Saga movie. Edward is a vampire and Bella is a human, they fall in love, got married and conceived a child. All the while Edward is still a vamp and Bella is still human in the "conceived a child" part. Bet you all didn't know that the child Edward and Bella is going to have will no doubt happened to be a "dhampir" when that child grows up. But for those who are still unaware. A Dhampir in Balkan folklore is the child of a vampire father and a human mother. Dhampir powers are similar to those of vampires, but without the usual weaknesses. Dhampirs are supposed to be adept at detecting and killing vampires. Info f
