Goodbye autumn my love
The first snowfall has recently arrived, bringing along with it a strong gust of cold breeze. Coming from a tropical area, i used to love winter, since snow is, more often than not, perceived as a beauty of nature. However, my perceptions have changed, having spent a time span of at least 12 months of harsh cold winter.i dread the feeling of cold wind stinging my face. i dread the aftermath of a heavy snowfall. i dread the lifeless surroundings during winter, especially the bare trees with their wittered leaves.i miss the warmth of the sun. i miss the bright colors of the flowers in full bloom during spring. i miss the lush green grass lawns. i miss the memories of many forms of outdoor activities taking place in both spring and summer. and most of all, i miss having not to wear thick outerwear clothings, which is a big burden on my petite body size.here's a tribute to the lovely summer and autumn that i had:Cloud Gate Sculpture in Millennium ParkSummertime activity in Millennium ParkBeautiful flowers in ful
