Gardens by the Bay...
Gardens by the Bay, a new attraction yet to be officially opened in Singapore. It joins the many gardens found in Singapore, this time, right smack downtown, at Marina Bay. Given a one week preview opportunity, i headed down to visit the Garden on the last day of it's preview and it was crowded! We entered the gardens via Marina Bay Sands link bridge, which leads us to the garden directly from the hotel. It was rather simple and accessible. The view of the garden from the link bridge. The highway below us. The grand entrance from the link bridge, with the Super Trees as the backdrop. It's just amazing how much planning has gone into building this garden. Who in the world would place a garden right smack in the city, amidst the metropolis. Well, Singapore has just done that and she can now proudly claim that she is a "Garden City".
