To my understanding, a hamster will be given away free with every $35 ($25 for PAssion Card members) worth of purchases at Pets Station. The AVA has been having roadshows to encourage responsible pet ownership, yet here we are giving away free hamsters to whoever could afford that $35! But what puzzles me most was that this was actually endorsed by PAssion, a Government agency? I would like to question how does Pets Station and PAssion ensure that the recipients o
