I read with disgust today's article in The New Paper, on the fate of the PRC student from NTU who is down with leukaemia. Not disgust at his condition, in fact I can't help but feel for him as I don't think contracting serious illnesses at such a young age is a fun feat. You can't help but feel sorry for him. What disgust me was the reaction some people had over a donation drive that was initiated to help him with his medical fees.Ok so he's not a Singaporean. You claim people like him are only good in exploiting and leeching. You claim that PRCs, like him, not only used OUR money for scholarships, now hoping for money to help with his operation. You claim that it's hard to make sure that foreigners would not take advantage of the kindness and goodwill of Singaporeans. I say that's a load of bloody crapping bullshit!How much of a Singaporean are you? How much of a Singaporean are we? Just because for the bloody 10 years of your primary and secondary education you happen to sing the national anthem and recite
