Fish Ball Mee KNL Restaurant
In my last blog post I spoke about the fish ball noodles at Restoran Okay at SS2 and I promised to follow up shortly with the location of the new branch that's being run by the original owner. I have to apologise as work kept me really really busy hence the delayed publishing of this blog post. Still I hope you guys will find this information useful. So anyways, Ah Loong from the fish ball noodles place in olden days Jalan Yap Ah Shak is back in business and he's now located in Jalan Ipoh (find the location and map at the end of this article). Not much to update on the food as it's similar to what their SS2 stall sells. Soup version Dry version Fish cakes (RM 5 I think?) Not our usual fish cakes as their version tastes and texture more like fish than the usual bouncy fish cakes we get. Not something I really enjoyed and frankly I think it's ridiculously expensive. The shop's facade Oddly, I personally think the SS2 one is tastier (and cheaper!). Both are still good though. Kuak Nyuk Loong Np.
