Early Morning Swim @ Sungei Sembawang

This man was seen in Sungei Sembawang from late morning till 2.47pm today. It was raining this morning hence the mud-coloured water. This canal is teeming with turtles, softshells, monitor lizards, and fishes known to adapt well to brackish water.  What was he looking for?
