This is also considered a Seafood Hor Fun, but except that there the hor fun are not pre-fried and you get clayfish and shrimps instead of smaller shrimps and squid rings. Ipoh-style Sah Ho Fun originated from Ipoh, a state in Peninsula Malaysia and has been rather uncommon but popular among the local foodfare, not to mention those with clayfish.
