Day 1 @ UniSIM
So yeah, about an hour plus has gone by since my first day of work has ended and here I am blogging about it! *Hardworking right??* *grinz* On the side note, if you are following me on twitter, you would probably see me babble about my day at the office. Okays, after getting this temp staff card from the HR Headquarters, my colleagues and I went over to block 82 in Ngee Ann Poly to report to our person-in-charge. Did I mention I’m the youngest there?! All my colleagues are all in their early / late twenties! You might even say I’m the only teen there. So today was basically just orientation, briefing of our job details, and doing some ad-hoc duties. I spent my first 20 plus minutes of assigned work stamping the SIM chop on to some 160 plus A4 drawing blocks, then helping my colleagues bring stacks of past exam papers to another cabinet, following which helping in the shredding of a few boxes of papers and photocopying of some stuff.
