DBS security device....

I have recieved my dbs security device or whatever you call it. Initial usage was no problem but when I tried to use it just now there's no display, suspected the battery went flat on me. However there's no instruction on how to change the battery (don't want to try and force it open, penalty charges remember) , don't expect me to go and exchange for a new one DBS.. I don't have time for it.
