Connected to Internet but can’t browse the Website?

Previously my sis’s computer, and Brandon’s office computer having the same problems… which can’t browse any website no matter using Internet Explorer or Firefox… I tried to use lots of way to fix it.. even think of want to reformat the PC… but… before i decide to reformat the PC… i try search thru google ...
