No they don't grow papaya, rather it is known as the Smokey Mountains of Asia. It is a huge thrash dumping ground, and among its smoking heap, children so young that they have barely begun to walk, are now scavenging with their families for materials to sell.Each day, their daily earnings is not enough to feed everyone. Don't even think about turkey, finding food in the garbage pile is a luxury to them.That is why The Lighthouse Center For Children Foundation has been trying their best to provide food to these kids.
