Given so many negative feedback which I had gotten over the past 2 weeks I think everyone in Singapore had their fair share of bad experience with Insurance Agents or Financial Advisers who were the black sheep of this industry. How many times were you being pressured to buy a policy where you only know how much you need to pay for it monthly and what is the sum assured? How many times where you being told that your coverage is too little even when you have bought tons of policies? The industry is just too saturated with black sheep who care nothing more than their own pockets. This made me sometime even very ashamed to even tell friends and relatives that I am currently in this industry. Insurance is suppose to be a tool to aid people when they are in needs of financial supports but now because of all the black sheep around it is now a tool for them to make big money quickly.
