Being A Promoter Kinda Sucks
Last Saturday and Sunday were my first two days working as a promoter, and all I can say that it's REALLY tough!! Not only do I have to stand there for god-almighty hours, I have to attend to all the customers' needs, even though I know nuts about what's in there! But still, I just have to direct them if I know where the products are, or I just say "I'm not the in-house promoter here, so I'm not sure. May be you can go check with those in blue?" Want to know where I'm working? No way I'm telling you! That's for me to know and for you to find out! :) Anyway, one thing I learned about being a promoter is that you got to have really, really patient! Rotting 8 hours there is no joke! Also, standing there for 8 hours will kill your feet! To all the promoters out there: I really kao tao (bow down) to you all! I never thought a promoter will be so tough!
