If there is a supernatural being controlling the kind of things that will occur around mean people, (ya, I am mean- I am never nice in the first place), I highly suspect that I have offended one.If there is a devil called the balloon devil, I MUST have offended him or her.Apparently, balloons seem to haunt me everywhere!!As if attending a birthday party which is full of balloons is not enough, yesterday there was a concert at NTU...and there are LOADS of balloons!!My goodness!!
