Baked fish with Garden herbs

I fell in love with the idea and taste of baked fish with garden herbs from having one in The Manhanttan Fish Market. I have to say I was introduced to the taste of herbs from this dish (Baked Dory in Garden Herbs! I am totally inspired to cook this dish but totally had no idea what herbs to use for it. Thus, I did my research and went Googling for some recipes online. I came across a few with keywords such as baked fish with Italian herbs instead. Perhaps that could be the right ingredients to cook with. Then, I stumbled upon this recipe and adapted from it. I did some tweak over the recipe as we were only into fish that day. Actually, it was the size of the barramundi fillet that decided for us to cook the dish without anything else for just the two of us. We couldn't finish the whole lot at the end ... Italian herbs is an Italian blend of 6 herbs - Marjoram, Basil, Red Bell Peppers, Rosemary, Oregano, Parsley, Thyme. Although, using Basil, Oregano, Parsley and Thyme is enough for any dish.
