Seriously how the fark did Ris Low (video above) win the Miss Singapore World pageant? Her English is so shockingly bad that I'm too embarrassed to watch and listen to her speak. Her looks, so average. And she's crowned Miss Singapore World? Poor girl. I don't blame her. It's not her fault. It's the judges that should be shot. Yes, the entire judging committee of Miss Singapore World! You people should admit you made a terrible mistake and don't ever judge a competition ever again. What a disgrace!
