So here is a million dollar question – ‘can you be (size zero) skinny and still be healthy?’ The answer is ‘yes’, but unfortunately all aren’t that lucky. Everyone has seen people who are naturally very slim and eating or not eating, exercising or lazing around...nothing really matters to them; they’re always skinny. But that is all thanks to their natural body type, high metabolic rates and heredity.
