A female kind of self-concept.
Self-concept first. Self first. It's not selfish, it's not unorthodox. Why would people (secretly) think otherwise? I happen to think once self-concept and self is laid down, one can give more of oneself to others, to society. In this sense, I happen to think the other way is the selfish one.It doesn't have to be because I am a female and therefore I should conform to certain rules and certain roles and "naturally want" certain things, and if I don't "naturally want" those things, I have to be a little bit "lost or screwed". Self-anointed (female) moral agents, thank you, but I really don't need you. Go work on your own self-concepts and be less selfish people. Didacticism is dangerously selfish. And I will always be vocal about this. It's a joy.
