I can't believe I am reading this on CNN. This poor man got his heater cut off because he was late in paying his electricity bills.. He froze to death as a result. They really should do something about this. Cutting off electricity supply to a heater on a winter night is equivalent to cutting off the oxygen supply to a patient laying on a hospital bed.
