Expectations are powerful things.So much so that, Charles Dickens wrote an entire booknovel, "Great Expectations" with this emotion as the central theme, and as the ultimate reason for the protagonist's success later on in the classic novel.In business, what do you think would happen to DHL or FedEx if they didn't deliver you your packages on time, if not at all?
