A TV News Reporter tapes a segment on the confenscation of marijuana plants & coca leaves. As he tries to tape his report, soldiers are right behind him burning all the plants & leaves. After a few minutes of being around all the smoke, the reporter becomes increasingly high, and has a hard time getting through his segment for the news.
