My IPPT Gold
I got my IPPT Gold today! I achieved some unprecedented scores in some stations, even compared to my NSF IPPT's. Though I am Cat Y, my scores also meet Cat X IPPT's Gold!Notably my shuttle run has improved to 9.3s! (I've always been near 10.2s)Also, my SBJ has gone from my highest ever of 234cm to 243cm!All these, I believe its due to my HIIT training sessions that started 3 …
