2. allow the shoutbox to be "popped-up". the shoutbox moves too fast, and the space is too small. so it gets pushed down really fast, causing users to feel 'lost' sometimes.

3. Don't grab "Private" or "Protected" posts. With the XML-RPC, all posts including "Private" or "Protected" are picked up. That is a waste since most ping.sg readers wont have access to such posts. Or maybe, you can allow users to "UnPing" their posts.
